How to Download Emails from Etsy Store on Firefox
As far as I know at present, there seems to be no Addon in the Firefox store that supports downloading Emails in Etsy.
But today, I will show you a safe way to still be able to retrieve Emails for customer care.
To do this, I will take advantage of the existing login session of the account that is already logged in on Etsy.
The idea is to transfer the login session from Firefox to Chrome using the Cookie-Editor Extension.
The login session, or in other words, the account’s Cookie.
Cookies contain login information of users who have logged in, so it will understand that you are logged in without checking again.
This will help bypass the IP address verification step when logging into an Etsy account using user/pass.
Steps to perform:
- Step 1: Install the Cookie Editor Addon on Firefox where your Etsy account is that you want to retrieve Emails
- Step 2: Create a new Chrome Profile and also install the Cookie Editor Extension on Chrome
- Step 3: On Firefox, click on the Addon and select Export Cookie
- Step 4: In Chrome, click on the extension and select Import Cookie that was just Exported from Firefox
- Step 5: Refresh the browser, and you will see the Etsy store from Firefox is already logged in on Chrome
- Step 6: Find and Install Etsy Email Extractor & Downloader
After completing the installation, you will be able to download emails on Etsy using the above Extension.
Wishing you success!
